Youโ€™re Not Too Lateโ€”Youโ€™re Just on Time: How One Brave Step Can Build Business Momentum

Have you ever looked at your age, your unfinished projects, or the blank page on your website and thought, โ€œItโ€™s too late for me to start this?โ€ It’s never too late to build business momentum and turn your ideas into a thriving enterprise.

If you’re feeling lost, you’re not aloneโ€”you’re not too late, you’re just on time. As a woman over 40 who has restarted many times, I understand how it feels to see others who seem more successful or accomplished.

Hereโ€™s the truth: momentum doesnโ€™t come from comparisonโ€”it comes from movement.
Tiny, brave steps. Consistent, faith-fueled action.

And if youโ€™ve been stuck in dreaming mode, fear mode, or โ€œwhat if I fail againโ€ mode, this blog is your gentle but firm nudge: itโ€™s time to begin again, smarter and stronger. Because even a shaky step is still progress, Mamacita.

But You Donโ€™t Need to Stay There

Letโ€™s be honest: being over 40 and starting an online business can feel like arriving late to a noisy party when all you want is rest. Music is playing, people are having fun, and you donโ€™t know where to fit in. Add tech confusion, limited time, family obligations, and mental clutter, and itโ€™s no surprise that many determined women give up before they even begin.

But what if the very things that make you feel โ€œbehindโ€ are the exact experiences that give you a powerful advantage to build this business momentum? Such as:

  • Life wisdom
  • Real resilience
  • Depth of purpose
  • A no-fluff attitude
  • A deeper connection to your โ€œWHYโ€

These are your God-given assets, not liabilities. So let’s stop counting yourself out. You bring something to the table that a 22-year-old influencer simply canโ€™t: seasoned soul and fierce focus.

Reframe โ€œLateโ€ Into โ€œAlignedโ€

Letโ€™s begin with a mindset reframe. โ€œLateโ€ is a lie the world tells women to rush us into burnout. But in truth, Godโ€™s timing is always right on time.

Your steps, no matter how slow, are being ordered with purpose. Instead of asking, โ€œWhy didnโ€™t I start sooner?โ€ ask, โ€œWhat is this season preparing me for?โ€

That reframes your business dream from a panic project to a purpose path. And this allows you to build it with gusto.

Choose One Brave Step

When weโ€™re overwhelmed, we tend to freeze. Thatโ€™s why I want you to focus on just one brave step this weekโ€”not the whole plan, not the full funnel, just one move that builds forward momentum.

Here are examples:

  • Start your โ€œAbout Meโ€ section for your website. (Even if itโ€™s messy.)
  • Record your podcast trailer even if your mic isnโ€™t perfect.
  • Post one thing about your business dream on social media.
  • Tell one good friend what you’re creating.
  • Write one paragraph of your email welcome series.

Do it afraid. Do it without waiting for clarity. Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.

Celebrate Micro-Wins Like Milestones

If you post something and it gets one like and 10 views, celebrate that. I prefer 50 views over 1 like, no question. Remember, youโ€™re building muscle, not magic.

Momentum builds not from big events, but from small, repeated choices that honor your future. And just like compound interest, those little steps become something powerful over time.

This is where most women over 40 give upโ€”not because they lack potential, but because they underestimate progress in small form thinking they are limited in time due to their age.

Anchor Your Actions in Faith

This journey will test you. Youโ€™ll hear doubts, face delays, and maybe even get distracted by shiny strategies. But when your steps are anchored in faith and soul alignment, they hit different.

Pray over your next step. Ask God for guidance and clarity. Trust that you werenโ€™t called to this dream to watch it die in discouragement.

Scripture says in Zechariah 4:10:

โ€œDo not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.โ€

Heโ€™s not waiting for perfection. Heโ€™s rejoicing when you start.

Focus on Internet Real Estateโ€”Your Digital Home

As the online world keeps shifting (hello algorithm updates, platform rules, and disappearing reach!), you need a place thatโ€™s fully yours. This is your online real estate. I absolutely love this digital real estate for various reasons.

That means:

  • Your website
  • Your blog
  • Your email list
  • Your podcast

You donโ€™t need to build everything this weekโ€”but knowing this direction helps you filter distractions. It gives your brave step a place to land.

Start small, maybe with an email opt-in or a landing page, but start. Youโ€™re building something that wonโ€™t vanish when platforms shift. This is part of your legacy.

For the Woman Whoโ€™s Still Hesitatingโ€ฆ

You were never meant to do this alone or to do it all at once.

You were meant to walk it out, one brave step at a time, in faith, with courage, and with help when needed. And if no one else told you today:

You are capable. Creative. And Called.

This month isnโ€™t about explosive growth. Itโ€™s about momentum.
And momentum starts right now.

Letโ€™s get you unstuck and into motion. Youโ€™re just on time.

Boost Your Online Visibility: 3 Simple Steps

Itโ€™s time to take action.

If last week was about aligning your vision with action, this week, weโ€™re diving into strengthening your online presence and visibility to continue building that momentum.

You know how important it is to have a strong foundation, but letโ€™s talk about how to ensure that foundation is visible to the right people. Whether you’re just starting out or reworking your current strategy, visibility is the key to moving forward with confidence.

Small tweaks can lead to massive visibility.

The online world is vast, and it can feel overwhelming to stand out. But it doesnโ€™t need to be about grand gestures or waiting for a โ€œperfectโ€ moment. Every day offers an opportunity to take one small action that can amplify your presence.

Here are three steps to start boosting your visibility:

Refresh Your Messaging

Youโ€™ve been working hard on your goals, now itโ€™s time to refine how you share your vision. Make sure your messaging speaks directly to the heart of your ideal client. Are you aligning your message with your business growth? Does it clearly show the value you offer?

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Does your message resonate with the fears, needs, and desires of your ideal audience?
  • Are you consistently telling your story with authenticity, confidence, and clarity?
  • Are you using language that empowers and invites action?

Refreshing your messaging can be as simple as rewording your bio, revising your website copy, or updating your social media profiles. Itโ€™s about speaking directly to the people who need your servicesโ€”those women who are over 40 and ready to take small, purposeful steps toward success.

Action Step

Spend 10-15 minutes today reworking your messaging to ensure it aligns with the woman you want to serve. This small change can make a huge impact.

Content that Positions You as an Authority

In a crowded online space, you need to establish yourself as a trusted authority. You donโ€™t have to be a social media superstar, but your content should consistently provide value. This is what sets you apart from others in your niche.

Here are a few ways to create content that builds authority:

  • Share expert tips or insights that directly benefit your audience.
  • Post behind-the-scenes content that shows how youโ€™re walking the walk. Create valuable resources like blog posts, guides, or mini-training sessions that showcase your knowledge.

This doesn’t mean you have to post every day or have viral content. It means creating content that consistently communicates your expertise and attracts your ideal audience.

Action Step

Write one blog post or record a short video this week on a topic that showcases your authority. Share it with your community and watch your impact grow.

Leverage Collaborations to Expand Your Audience

You donโ€™t have to go it alone, Mamacita!

In fact, collaborations are one of the quickest ways to boost your visibility and expand your audience. Whether itโ€™s partnering with another businesswoman, hosting a joint Instagram Live, or being a guest on a podcast, collaborations bring fresh eyes to your work.

By teaming up with like-minded entrepreneurs, you can share each otherโ€™s audiences and build relationships with potential clients.

Action Step

Reach out to a fellow entrepreneur this week and propose a collaboration. It can be as simple as sharing each otherโ€™s content, hosting a joint event, or supporting one another through shoutouts.

Small Actions, Big Impact

Visibility isnโ€™t something that happens overnight. Itโ€™s about showing up consistently with intention and taking one small step each day. Whether youโ€™re refreshing your messaging, creating valuable content, or collaborating with others, every action brings you closer to building momentum and reaching the right people.

So, this week, focus on what you can do today to make yourself more visible to the women who need your expertise. Your dream business is waiting, and the world is ready for you to shine.

Visibility Fuels Momentum: 4 Ways to Strengthen Your Online Presence This Week

Truth Bomb Drop To Strengthening Your Online Visibility

Hey there, ambitious Online Business Woman โ€” letโ€™s get real for a second. I am going to blog as if I’m speaking directly to you and you are sitting across from me drinking coffee and having a real conversation about how to strengthen your online visibility.

You can have the best ideas, systems, and products in the worldโ€ฆ but if no one knows you exist, your business wonโ€™t gain the momentum youโ€™re craving. This is the week we stop hiding, refresh our message, and show up like the boss we were born to be. You will strengthen your online visibility muscle.

This moment is all about โ€” making sure your actions match your vision and focus on one of the most crucial parts of very doable equation: your visibility.

Not the overwhelm-heavy, try-to-be-everywhere kind. Nope โ€” weโ€™re going for impactful, aligned, authentic visibility that attracts the right people to your space and helps you strengthen online visibility.

Refresh Your Messaging and Gain Online Views

Whenโ€™s the last time you looked at your bio, website headline, or Instagram or Facebook profile?

If it still reads like youโ€™re where you were 6 months ago, itโ€™s time for a glow-up. Update your messaging to reflect the woman youโ€™re becoming and the problem youโ€™re solving right now to strengthen online visibility.

Use phrases that speak to your ideal womanโ€™s current struggles and the result you help them achieve. For example, the woman whoโ€™s scared to start but knows deep down itโ€™s her time.

Create Authority Content

Stop posting to just fill space. Start creating content that establishes you as a trusted voice. Take time to think. Think about a s simple tip carousel on Instagram or a Facebook Reel or Story. A 3-minute story about a recent client win. Perhaps a podcast mini-episode sharing what you wish you knew when you started. This also helps strengthen online visibility.

Authority isnโ€™t about being everywhere โ€” itโ€™s about showing up with value where it matters.

Take the time to create intentional value.

Leverage a Collaboration

One of the fastest ways to gain fresh eyes on your business? Partner with another woman who serves a similar audience. Do a joint IG Live or Facebook LIVE, a guest spot on a podcast, or a shared giveaway can expand your reach without paid ads or gimmicks.

Look for women who complement your message, not compete with it. I have a friend who does coaching as well but her faith niche is a complement to my straightforward business coaching.

Simple SEO + Social Media Touch-Ups

I know โ€” SEO sounds like a big task, but simple tweaks matter. Remember to rename your blog post images with descriptive titles, update meta descriptions on your website, use keywords your ideal audience searches (like โ€œwomen over 40 starting an online businessโ€). And on social? Use fresh hashtags, clean up your highlights, featured and collections and pin your best-performing post. Small adjustments, big impact. These small tweaks can strengthen online visibility effectively.

Letโ€™s Tie It Together: Visibility = Momentum

When your online presence reflects your aligned message, positions you as a guide, and reaches the right audience โ€” momentum naturally begins to follow.

No hustle, no overwhelm. Just clear, steady growth.

Momentum is built one bold step at a time.

Transform Chaos into Clarity: Systematize Your Business

Are your business systems helping you growโ€”or holding you back?

This week, weโ€™re getting real about something every businesswoman needs but rarely talks about: streamlining systems and operations. Because momentum canโ€™t flow through chaos, Mamacita. You can have less chaos in business and have a clear vision, killer offer, and big faithโ€”but if your backend is a mess, growth will feel like dragging a suitcase uphill… with a broken wheel.

Letโ€™s change that right now, shall we.

Why Systems Matter (Yes, Even for Small Online Businesses)

Whether you’re a one-woman show or just starting to grow your team, the way you work matters. Systems are simply repeatable steps that help you get things done with less stress, more ease, and ultimatelyโ€”more profit.

Messy and Chaotic Systems create: missed messages, burnout, and money left on the table. On the other hand, Aligned Systems create: time freedom, clear customer experiences, and cash flow clarity.

Where Are the Bottlenecks?

Start by asking yourself the following questions:

  • What feels messy, frustrating, or repetitive in your week?
  • Are you re-typing the same email 3x a week?
  • Do you find yourself overwhelmed by content planning or unsure what to post next?

These are signs you need systems and in dire need of streamlining some operations immediately.

3 Ways to Simplify to Optimize This Week

  1. Automate the Repetitive Stuff
Use tools like email marketing schedulers (Mailerlite, Flodesk), calendar links (Calendly), and social media planners to free up brain space.
  2. Simplify Your Sales Flow
Is it easy for people to work with you or buy from you? Review how someone moves from discovering you to investing in you. Keep it simple and clear.
  3. Refine One System This Week
You donโ€™t need a full overhaul. Choose one chaotic areaโ€”email management, content batching, or onboardingโ€”and make it smoother.

You Deserve to Work from Peace, Not Panic

The goal isnโ€™t perfectionโ€”itโ€™s progress. Itโ€™s about setting yourself up to scale, without burning out. When your systems work, you feel lighter, more focused, and more in control. And your business? It starts moving forwardโ€ฆ faster.

Faith Check-In

Remember: God is not the author of confusion. A spirit of order brings peace and freedomโ€”not just in life but also in business. Ask for discernment in what to clean up, and trust that even small tweaks can open big doors.

Take 15 minutes today to do a quick system audit. Whatโ€™s working? Whatโ€™s chaotic? Pick ONE system to simplify this weekโ€”and share your progress with me over on Facebook or Instagram. Letโ€™s amplify your ease and profit this month!

Aligning Your Vision with Action: How to Turn Ideas into a Thriving Business

Why Vision Without Action Keeps You Stuck

Many women dream of starting their own business. They have ideas, excitement, and a deep desire to make an impact. But often, fear, doubt, or a lack of clarity keeps them from taking action. They feel stuck, unsure of what to do next or where to even begin. Having a vision is important, but without action, it remains just a dream. The key to success is aligning your vision with consistent steps that move you forward. In this blog, Iโ€™ll show you three ways to turn your ideas into reality and start building momentum today.

Clarify Your Vision and Purpose

Before taking action, you need to be clear about what you want. Your vision is the direction for your business, guiding every decision you make. If your vision is unclear, you might find yourself constantly second-guessing or feeling overwhelmed. The first step in moving forward is defining what you truly want to accomplish. Ask yourself what problem you want to solve for your audience and how you want your business to impact others. Imagine what success looks like for you, not just in terms of money, but in the fulfillment and difference you want to create.

When you define your vision, it becomes easier to take action because you know exactly what you are working toward. Instead of saying, โ€œI want to help women start a business,โ€ try making it more specific, like, โ€œI help women over 40 launch their first online business with confidence and strategy.โ€ A clear vision gives you direction, motivation, and focus. To make this step actionable, take a few moments to write a one-sentence vision statement for your business and place it somewhere you can see daily. This simple act will serve as a constant reminder of your purpose.

Break It Down into Simple Goals

A big vision can feel overwhelming, and many women get stuck because they donโ€™t know where to start. The key to making progress is breaking your vision down into smaller, manageable steps. Instead of focusing on the big picture and feeling lost, shift your focus to what you can do right now. If your goal is to build a successful business, start by setting specific mini-goals that will move you in that direction. You might decide to create one signature offer, grow your email list by 100 subscribers this month, or post content three times a week to increase visibility.

By taking small, intentional steps, you remove the pressure of trying to do everything at once. Small wins build confidence, and confidence fuels momentum. Every step, no matter how small, gets you closer to your bigger goal. To put this into action, take a moment to write down three small steps you can take this week to move closer to your business goals. Then, commit to completing them.

Build a Simple System for Consistency

Taking action once or twice is a great start, but real success comes from consistency. Many women struggle with staying consistent, not because they lack motivation, but because they donโ€™t have a system to support their progress. A simple system keeps you on track and makes it easier to follow through, even on days when motivation is low.

One way to build consistency is by scheduling dedicated time in your calendar for focused work. When you treat your business like a priority, you naturally make time for it. Another powerful strategy is using a planner or a digital tool like Trello or Notion to track your progress. When you see your tasks written down and check them off as you complete them, you feel a sense of accomplishment that pushes you to keep going. Creating a weekly routine for key tasks, like content creation or client outreach, also helps ensure you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

Instead of trying to figure everything out as you go, take a moment to choose one system or tool that will help you stay on track. It doesnโ€™t have to be complicatedโ€”just something simple that helps you show up consistently and keep taking action in your business.

Take the First Step Today

Your business wonโ€™t grow if it stays in your head. Having a vision is powerful, but real success happens when you take action. The women who succeed are the ones who donโ€™t just dreamโ€”they move. Start today by clarifying your vision, setting small goals, and creating a system that keeps you on track.

Every small step adds up, and before you know it, youโ€™ll be making real progress in your business.

If you are ready to take action, start by writing down one step you will take this week to align your vision with action. Then, share it in the comments below. Accountability makes all the difference, and I canโ€™t wait to see you take that next step forward!

Know Your Numbers: Simple Metrics for Online Business Success

white blue and black paper

Running an online business is exciting, but making smart decisions is important to grow. One of the best ways to do this is by tracking numbersโ€”also called metrics. These numbers help you understand what is working and what needs to change.

Many business owners avoid looking at data because it feels complicated. But knowing just a few key numbers can help you make better choices, attract more customers, and increase sales.

In this post, we will go over the most important numbers to track in your business, how to find them, and how to use them to grow.

Why Tracking Numbers Matters

Tracking your business numbers helps you make better decisions โ€“ instead of guessing, you know what works. Understanding your customers helps you learn what people like and donโ€™t like. Improve marketing so you can adjust your messages to attract more people. Increase sales when you see what works, you can do more of it.

Now, letโ€™s look at the most important numbers for your website, emails, and social media.

Website Numbers: How People Use Your Site

Your website is like your online store. Knowing how people use it helps you make it better. Here are the key numbers to track:

1. Visitors (Traffic)

This tells you how many people come to your website. It also shows where they come from (Google, social media, emails, etc.). If you donโ€™t have many visitors, you may need to improve your marketing, use better keywords, or post more “engaging” content.

2. Bounce Rate

This tells you how many people leave your site after visiting only one page and this happens as well for email subscribers (read below). A high bounce rate means your page is slow, your content is not interesting and people donโ€™t know what to do next. To fix this, make your page faster (look at your load speed as well), add clear buttons (like “Buy Now” or “Learn More”), and make your content easy to read.

3. Conversion Rate

A conversion happens when someone takes actionโ€”like buying a product, signing up for emails, or booking a call. If people visit your site but donโ€™t take action, try making buttons clear and easy to find, write better product descriptions and offer discounts or free downloads.

4. Time on Site

This shows how long people stay on your website. The longer they stay, the more likely they are to buy. To keep visitors longer, add helpful content, videos, and links to other pages.

Email Numbers: Who Opens, Clicks, and Unsubscribes

Email is a great way to connect with customers, but you need to track how well your emails are working.

5. Open Rate

This tells you how many people open your emails. If your open rate is low, try writing better subject lines. Feel free to spice it up a bit. Send emails at different times and track the open rate then. Make sure your emails donโ€™t go to spam. Keep tracking.

6. Unsubscribe Rate

This shows how many people stop receiving your emails. If too many people unsubscribe, you may be sending too many emails or the content isnโ€™t what they want. To keep subscribers happy send helpful and interesting content, donโ€™t send emails too often, ask people what they want to read.

Social Media Numbers: Who Engages and Clicks

Social media helps you reach more people, but not all posts work the same way. Tracking the right numbers helps you see what your audience likes.

7. Engagement (Likes, Comments, Shares)

This shows how many people interact with your posts. If engagement is low post more interesting content, ask questions or create polls and reply to comments and messages.

8. Follower Growth

Are more people following your page? If not, try posting more often, use hashtags and share stories and reels.

9. Link Clicks

If you post links to your website but no one clicks, your post might not be clear. To fix this make your call-to-action stronger by using short, catchy captions and try different types of content (videos, images, text).

How to Use These Numbers to Grow Your Business

Once you start tracking your numbers, use the data to make small changes. If website traffic is low, improve SEO and share your site more. If email open rates are low, test different subject lines. If social media engagement is low, try new types of posts. Feel free to experiment.

Tracking numbers does not have to be hard. Start small, check your numbers every week, and make simple changes. Over time, youโ€™ll see what works best for your business.

Numbers are your businessโ€™s guide. They tell you whatโ€™s working, whatโ€™s not, and where to improve.

Pick one areaโ€”your website, emails, or social mediaโ€”and start tracking today. Even small changes can lead to big growth!

The Power of Persistence: Why Sticking With Your Business Vision Pays Off

close up shot of a text

Starting and growing a business is not for the faint of heart. It requires resilience, patience, and, most importantly, persistence. Many entrepreneurs start with a fire in their hearts, only to find themselves burned out or discouraged when things donโ€™t take off as quickly as they had hoped. However, those who push through challenges often find success on the other side.

The Reality of Business Growth

Building a business takes time. While social media may highlight overnight success stories, the truth is that most entrepreneurs spend years refining their ideas, building an audience, and figuring out what works. Growth is gradual, and failures are stepping stones that refine your strategy. Each setback teaches you something valuable, allowing you to pivot and adjust. Success is rarely immediate, but consistency in engagement, marketing, and improvement creates momentum over time.

Why Persistence Matters

Many entrepreneurs quit too soon, often when they are on the brink of a breakthrough. Staying committed helps you build credibility. The longer you stay in business, the more trust you establish with your audience. It also allows you to refine your strategy continuously, understanding what resonates with your customers and adjusting accordingly. More importantly, persistence helps you outlast the competition. Many businesses fail simply because they give up too soon. Those who keep going gain an edge and increase their chances of long-term success.

Overcoming Discouragement and Staying Motivated

Feeling discouraged is normal. The key is not to let it define your actions.

Revisiting your ‘why’ can reignite your passion. Why did you start this business? What problem are you solving? Reflecting on your purpose can remind you of the bigger picture and keep you focused.

Breaking down your goals into smaller, actionable steps makes progress feel more achievable. Large goals can be overwhelming, but celebrating small wins keeps you motivated and moving forward.

Surrounding yourself with encouragement makes a significant difference. Connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, listen to inspiring podcasts, and read success stories. Being in the right environment keeps you uplifted.

Embracing adaptability is another crucial aspect of persistence. Sometimes, sticking with your dream means adjusting your approach rather than holding onto a strategy that isnโ€™t working. Be open to learning and implementing new strategies.

Taking breaks when needed is just as important. Burnout can kill motivation, so schedule time to rest and recharge. Stepping away for a moment can provide clarity and renewed energy.

Real-Life Examples of Persistence Leading to Success

Some of the most successful entrepreneurs faced failure before achieving success. Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, heard “no” from countless manufacturers before one took a chance on her idea. Howard Schultz, the founder of Starbucks, was rejected by over 200 investors before securing funding. Walt Disney was fired for lacking creativity and had multiple failed businesses before Disney became a household name.

If you have a dream, donโ€™t let obstacles stop you. Challenges are part of the journey, but persistence is what separates those who succeed from those who donโ€™t. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep pushing forward. Your breakthrough might be just around the corner.

Create a Signature Offer That Speaks to Your Ideal Customer

Kitchen garden, Packwood House

Hey there, friend! Letโ€™s chat about something super exciting today: creating your signature offer. Your signature offer is the heart of your businessโ€”the thing that makes your ideal customer go, “Yes! I need this in my life.” Let’s begin to learn how to craft one that truly connects. And I am simplifying down below.

1. Know What Your Audience Needs

To make an offer that works, you need to really get your audience. Ask yourself:

  • What are their biggest struggles?
  • What are their dreams and goals?
  • How can you help them?

You can find this out by:

  • Asking questions: Use surveys or polls to get their feedback.
  • Listening online: Read comments, reviews, or posts in forums and social media.
  • Talking to them: Have conversations to understand their needs.

Donโ€™t assumeโ€”take the time to research. The better you know your audience, the easier it will be to create something tailor-made for them. Trust me on this step.

2. Match Your Offer to Your Brand

Your offer should reflect who you are and what your business stands for. Think about:

  • Your skills: What are you great at?
  • Your mission: What is the big goal of your business?
  • Your values: What do you care about?
  • Your pay: Would someone pay you for this?

For example, if your brand is all about eco-friendly living, your offer should align with that messageโ€”like a reusable product or a guide to sustainable habits. When your offer fits your brand, it feels authentic and builds trust with your audience and in turn they would be willing to pay you for that. Does your offer talk the walk so to speak.

3. Solve Their Problems

The best offers solve problems. Hereโ€™s how:

  • Focus on results: Show them how your offer will make their life better.
  • Be clear: Explain exactly what theyโ€™ll get.
  • Add extra value: Include bonuses or special features.

For example, instead of saying โ€œI offer fitness coaching,โ€ say โ€œI help busy moms lose weight and gain energy in 90 days.โ€ This is specific, results-focused, and appealing.

4. Package and Price It Right

Presentation is everything. To make your offer irresistible:

  • Bundle related items: Add extras that make sense with the main offer (e.g., a course with a workbook).
  • Price fairly: Set a price that reflects the value of your solution.
  • Make it simple: Make it easy for people to buy from you.

Pricing is key. Research similar offers, but donโ€™t undersell yourself. Show the value your customer gets and price confidently.

5. Promote Your Offer

Once your offer is ready, share it with the world! Hereโ€™s how:

  • Use testimonials: Share stories from happy customers to build trust.
  • Create urgency: Offer limited-time discounts or bonuses.
  • Use multiple channels: Promote through email, social media, and videos.

How to Stop Hiding and Show Up Authentically for Business Growth in 2025

Show Up and Shine: Why Hiding Hurts Your Dreams (and How to Stop)

Letโ€™s get real for a moment. I recently shared a post on my social media about the importance of showing up. You know that feeling when youโ€™ve got big dreams for your business, and you decide, โ€œThis is itโ€”Iโ€™m going for it!โ€ But then, for some reason, you donโ€™t.

You hide.

You donโ€™t show up anywhereโ€”not on your social media, your website, in group meetings, or anywhere that matters. Slowly but surely, your visibility fades. And when you stop showing up, your business, bank account, and even your confidence take a hit.

No money. No business. No legacy.

Let me share a truth with you: When you hide, so does your potential.

My Year of Hiding

I get it because Iโ€™ve been there. For a whole year, I held back on sharing a graphic I created. Why? Fear. Doubting. Overthinking! I was worried about what people might thinkโ€”especially about some abbreviations on it. IYKYK (if you know, you know), right? You can view it on my page in all it glory before I switch it out! LOL

The graphic seemed off to me, and my mind spiraled into all the โ€œwhat ifs.โ€ What if it sounded sarcastic? What if people judged me? What if God Himself frowned at my attempt to share my humor?

So, I hid the graphic. I didnโ€™t post it. And you know what? That held me back too.

But then, I realized something powerful recently.

God gave me this gift of creativity. Heโ€™s not here to punish me for showing up as my real and funny self. Instead, He wants me to flourish. He wants me to use the gifts Heโ€™s given to share, grow, and inspire.

So I post the graphic and everything was fine. Perfectly fine. I felt free from who I was last year and who I’ve been needing to be. The real me! The funny quirky goof ball at times who knows business and creativity.

What Happens When You Show Up?

When you show upโ€”authentically, vulnerably, and boldlyโ€”you open the door to growth:

  • Growth in your business.
  • Growth in your confidence.
  • Growth in the legacy youโ€™re building.

So, hereโ€™s my challenge for you: Stop hiding. Share your ideas, your products, and your personality. Show up for yourself, your business, and yes, your bank account!

Ready to Shine?

In the comments below, share what you do in one sentence. If you donโ€™t have something solid yet but have an idea brewing, share that too! Give yourself permission to show up, even if itโ€™s messy or imperfect.

And hey, if youโ€™re ready to increase your visibility in 2025, drop a โ€œMEโ€ in the comments. Letโ€™s grow together, Mamacita!

Why Hobbies Matter: Ignite Your Joy and Creativity with Simple Pleasures

Letโ€™s Talk Hobbies! Whatโ€™s One Thing You Love Doing Just for YOU?

Hey there, Mamacitas! Letโ€™s pause for a moment and talk about hobbies. Yes, those delightful things you do just for YOUโ€”not for work, not for others, but purely to light up your soul! So, whatโ€™s one thing that lights you up?

For me, the things that light me up in my personal life are as varied and vibrant as a rainbow. Sure, I love my coaching sessions, podcasting, and launching resources that empower entrepreneurs to crush their business goals. But outside of that? Oh, Iโ€™ve got some goodies to share!

A Clean Home = A Clear Mind

First things first, a somewhat clean home is my secret sauce for peace. Now, letโ€™s be real: life gets messy, especially when Iโ€™m knee-deep in a fantastic creation session or hustling on a launch. But a tidy space (even if itโ€™s not spotless) gives me the clarity to dive into what I love.

A Love for Good Food

One thing I truly enjoy is eating good food. And when inspiration strikes, I love to cook! Some of my go-to dishes include: FOOD!

  • Easy Peasy Chicken Flautas โ€“ Perfectly crispy, satisfying, and oh-so-simple.
  • 3-Step Cinnamon Rolls โ€“ Warm, gooey, and perfect for those sweet cravings.
  • My Favorite Enchiladas โ€“ Comfort food at its best, full of bold flavors.

Cooking brings me joy, and itโ€™s such a great way to unwind and share love with my family.

Getting Creative

When Iโ€™m not in the kitchen, youโ€™ll often find me dipping my hands into creative projects. A few of my favorite things include: DESIGNING!

  • Graphic Designing โ€“ Thereโ€™s nothing like the thrill of bringing a visual idea to life.
  • Home Designing with a Personal Touch โ€“ Rearranging furniture, adding decor, or planning spaces that truly feel like โ€œme.โ€
  • Hair Accessories โ€“ Styling, creating, and accessorizing to express my unique flair.

Sharing and Connecting Thru Writing!

Podcasting is another passion of mine. Sharing great content and connecting with amazing women brings so much fulfillment. Whether itโ€™s a story, a tip, or a prayer, I love pouring my heart into the mic to inspire others.

But hobbies arenโ€™t just funโ€”theyโ€™re of importance to my soul and what makes me tick!

Taking time to engage in activities we love can have a great impact on our well-being. Letโ€™s talk about why having a hobby isnโ€™t a luxury but a necessity.

Why Hobbies Matter

In our fast-paced lives and the social media and news media, hobbies provide a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. They give us:

  • Stress Relief โ€“ Engaging in a hobby can help you unwind and recharge after a long day.
  • Creativity and Joy โ€“ Hobbies spark our imagination and remind us of the simple joys in life.
  • A Sense of Identity โ€“ They reconnect us with who we are beyond our roles as parents, entrepreneurs, or caregivers.

Discovering the Perfect Hobby

Not sure what hobby might light you up? Here are some tips:

  1. Reflect on Childhood Interests โ€“ Did you love drawing, building, or exploring? Revisit those activities.
  2. Try New Things โ€“ Take a cooking class, join a book club, or try hiking. Experiment until something sticks.
  3. Schedule Hobby Time โ€“ Even 30 minutes a week can make a difference.

Examples of Unique Hobbies

If youโ€™re looking for inspiration, here are some hobbies that might surprise you:

  • Journaling or creative writing for self-reflection. Starting a business but not quite ready for a coach, try my Online Business Woman of Soulful Reflection! Imagine setting aside time to write down what inspires youโ€”whether itโ€™s a hobby, a dream, or simply how you want to spend your time. Journaling is the perfect tool for rediscovering what makes you you!
  • Gardening to connect with nature and create something beautiful. I love to get my hands dirty sometimes. And I don’t mind an Earth worm! (Over here laughing out loud!)
  • Pottery, knitting, sewing or painting to tap into your artistic side.
  • Volunteering to give back while doing something meaningful.

Balancing Hobbies and Responsibilities

Life is busy, but making time for hobbies doesnโ€™t have to be hard. Here are some tips:

  • Start Small โ€“ Dedicate just 15-30 minutes a day or week to your hobby.
  • Combine Activities โ€“ Cook a meal with your family or involve them in your creative projects.
  • Use Hobbies as Self-Care โ€“ Treat your hobby time as an vital part of your weekly routine.

So, Mamacitas, Iโ€™ve spilled the tea on what lights me up. Now, itโ€™s your turn! Whatโ€™s one thing you love doing just for YOU? Letโ€™s celebrate those hobbies and passions that bring joy, creativity, and a sense of purpose to our lives. Drop your favorites in the comments belowโ€”I canโ€™t wait to hear about them!
